Whompy and Whalbert Find a Rock

One day, as Whompy and Whalbert were running through the woods in their capes, they saw an odd rock. They stopped and looked at it for a few minutes, later deciding to take it home with them.

They got the rock to their house in the woods and took it inside. They had a large rock collection beside the fireplace so they set it there with all the other rocks.

All of the sudden they heard a loud "CRACK!" They looked at the rock only to see that it had cracked open, and there was something coming out of it.

They then saw the creepiest looking little creature they had ever seen. Not that they had ever seen too much. But since they were outcasts themselves it fit right in.  It was an odd shade of pink with black arms and big eyes, and a little antenna on its head.

This odd little creature, they named Wombat Pink, and he lived with them from then on in their little house in the woods.
